Gingelly ( Sesame Seed Chutney )


  1. 1 cup Gingelly roasted (roasted sesame seeds)
  2. 4 Red Chillies
  3. A pinch of salt
  4. Tamarind
  5. 25 mg Jaggery

Grind all the above ingredients well. The chutney could be seasoned with mustard and curry leaves fried in oil or eaten as is.
