Gingelly ( Sesame Seed Chutney )
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Gingelly roasted (roasted sesame seeds)
- 4 Red Chillies
- A pinch of salt
- Tamarind
- 25 mg Jaggery
Grind all the above ingredients well. The chutney could be seasoned with mustard and curry leaves fried in oil or eaten as is.
