Neer Dosa ( Rice Pancake )

Neer Dosa is a popular South Indian dish made from a batter of rice flour and water. Here is a recipe for making Neer Dosa:

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups of rice flour
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Water

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice flour, salt, and enough water to form a thin, pourable batter.

Stir the batter well to ensure that there are no lumps. The consistency should be similar to that of a crepe batter.

Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle over medium heat.

Pour a ladleful of batter onto the griddle and spread it evenly in a circular motion to form a thin, crepe-like disc.

Cook the dosa until the edges begin to turn golden brown, then gently flip it over and cook for another minute or so.

Repeat the process with the remaining batter.

Serve hot with coconut chutney, sambar, or any other accompaniment of your choice.

Enjoy your delicious Neer Dosa!
