Pork Chops

Here is a simple and delicious recipe for Pork Chops:


  1. 4 Pork chops (1 inch thick)
  2. 1 tsp Salt
  3. 1 tsp Black pepper
  4. 1 tsp Paprika
  5. 1 tsp Garlic powder
  6. 1 tsp Dried thyme
  7. 2 tbsp Olive oil
  8. 2 tbsp Butter
  9. 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
  10. 1 cup Chicken broth
  11. 2 tbsp Lemon juice


In a bowl, mix together salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and dried thyme. Rub the mixture all over the pork chops.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and crispy.

Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the garlic is fragrant.

Add the chicken broth and lemon juice to the skillet and bring to a simmer.

Return the pork chops to the skillet and spoon the sauce over them.

Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and tender.

Serve the pork chops with additional sauce and your choice of sides.
